The choppers sound and the members of the 4077th spring into action. Nurses handle triage whilst the orderlies carry patients to and from post op. The core men bring the doctor's nourishment during the long hours of surgery.
There is no time for sloth here or any of the '7 Deadly Sins' for that matter. When the patients arrive that's all this MASH thinks about. Only when they are sure there are no more casualties do the doctors, nurses and enlisted personnel retire to their tents, to Rosie's or to the OC.
Only then will you see gluttony, envy, lust (especially), greed, pride and wrath.
But never sloth…they don't get that luxury.
