He felt such anger towards Max that looked at him with regret
Alec grabbed his glass and left her alone. He walked towards Sketchy that raised his glass at him. Alec clapped on his back friendly and looked question but still stubbornly at Cindy that was looking at him
"What?" he snapped at her.
"Is just that Max..."
"I don't wanna hear it" he felt Max behind him
"Alec" she said sadly he ignored her and looked at Sketchy
"I'm gonna call it tonight" he drank what was left in his glass and passed Max making really sure that he did not touch her that was a really hard task as she was blocking his way
Max felt her lip shiver and looked down in shame
Alec saw the red headed girl look at him, he smiled at her and nodded at the door and she immediately walked towards him almost running.
Max eyes was filled with tears
Alec was gone.
Max looked at Cindy that stood up
"You can't really blame him, he did found you in bed with some strange guy" max buried her face in her hands.
Alec looked at the girl that smiled at him, he even managed a smile
"Let's go to your place" he said and she nodded.
Leaving her apartment he walked home alone. He did not sleep with her, even if he wanted to. He just couldn't. Max made it damn clear that they where not together by sleeping with some guy he wanted to kill.
Instead they drank some bear and talked about life in general.
He opened the door to his apartment, he sighed. What was wrong with him. He felt crestfallen, he grabbed a scotch that was on the table and swallowed the whole thing in one sweep
He looked at the stereo and turned on the radio

Alec tore his jacket off in anguish, he saw Max sad face before him.

He threw the empty bottle into the wall making it splatter al over the floor. Alec inhaled some oxygen to relax his nerves. He would not allow Max control his emotions any longer it was over. Then why the sudden feeling like he been kicked in the gut when I thought about not having her around.
His cell phone started to ring and he answered "Alec" Logan said into the phone Alec sighed
"What?"
"I need you for a mission for you know eyes only" Logan said annoyed a sign he really did not want Alec on it
"How much?"
"Excuse me?"
"How much do I get paid? It's a easy question" Alec grinned and walked to his bedroom and striped of his shirt
"You don't get paid!"
"Sorry I don't do pro bono I have things to do like take a shower" he turned the shower on and stripped his pants on with his boxers "come on hurry am naked here"
"Max said…"
"I don't care give me some cash or am walking I'm counting down. 3…2…"
"5thousen grand" Logan yelled out

"Deal" he grinned "I come after my shower" he hung up and allowed the hot water fall against his pale skin.
Max sat on Logan couch waiting nervously her heard fluttered as he walked in with wet hair and his dark jeans and black t-shirt with his lather jacket. He leaned against the frame watching Logan type on his computer. He coughed to get some attention.
"Good you're here. I need you to go under cover as a pianist" Logan grabbed a file and gave it to Alec that responded in a nodd, across the room Max watched him with wanting eyes, she loved his pout mouth that seem to go out when I was in deep thought or just nod.
She loved how his mouth moved like when he was serious or offended like the under part of his face and his face was immobilised.
Max was so deep in thought so she never heard Logan call her name
"What?" she snapped at Logan that twitched she could se from the corner in her eye that Alec grinned.
"I said you know what your part is right?"
"Hum… no I didn't listen" Max could not focus is Alec was grinning at her and then watched Logan's eye twitch
"You did not listen?"
"Its not like you one interesting guy Logan" Alec grinned at his own respond and saw Max trying to hide a smile
