Chapter 15: The Bathtub

Kagome slid into the warm water, allowing it to soothe her aching muscles. She closed her eyes and inhaled the exotic insense her mother had bought her, filling the bathroom with tranquility. How long had she layed there like that with her eyes closed, she did not know. But what she did know is that when she opened them, she found herself gazing into two hypnotic amber orbs.

"Inu-" but before Kagome could finish his name, he pressed his lips hard against hers. Kagome pulled Inuyasha closer and easily surrendered, letting his tongue enter her mouth, allowing him to deepen the kiss. Inuyasha slammed his fist down on the bed. 'Could it be my demon side finally showing through? If it is, then I should stay as far away from Kagome as possible. I cannot lose her,' he thought to himself. 'I lost Kikyo, but I refuse to lose Kagome! Even if it means that I actually have to lose her!'

He let out a heavy sigh, "I'm talking crazy again."
