Hi, I'm Cristina A. You may remember me from such fan fics such as Sly meets his maker, or A tale of two thieves.
Well today, here I am with a new mini-project. Need I remind you, It's not a whole story, it's just a narration. How to explain, hmm... Here we go, You know in the sly games how each episode starts off with sly's narration of things and a little movie? That's what this is, except for the moving pictures. Use your imagination, and let's get ready to party like it's the 1920'S!
Note: We dont read things in italics, we just listen.
Another note: This is after sly 3, peachy? I know how in every first movie he finds some way to talk about his family, but then again, nothing can ever be taken too seriously.

I admit, faking amnesia and running off with the woman of your dreams is kinda cool, but after a while, it just gets... boring.
I missed my cane, I missed thieving, and most of all, I missed MY FRIENDS. It's been three months... I wonder what they could be up to...

I figured there would be only one thing to do; fess up. I waited until after work; heh, carmelita had stood up for me so much at interpol station, she would definetly be crushed, and I found her alone in the living room. Sitting down across from her, I told her everything: how'd I'd gone to the island to really collect my inheritance at the vault, and not to pay back Dr. M like I had told her, and how I'd faked amnesia. But the night that I told her I had loved her... I reminded her it was the honest truth; and how I would still will no matter what.

She got up to strike me, but instead lowered her head in shame. She just stood there, pointing...
To the door. Carmelita didn't say anything, She didn't even look at me, and that hurt me the hardest.
I began to wonder why I shouldn't have told her, would carmelita still be the same after this?
Slam...
Closing the door behind me, I felt relived, but... my friends could be anywhere.
