An adorable story, it's short and sweet. Ooc-ness. Ah yes, I do not own DBZ. Thank you.
Let the Rain
Let the Rain
Wash away my tears
To dissolve my shame
Like all my fears;
To be alone
Bulma sat on the window seat in her room and watched as the rain fell. Tiny droplets of rain fell gracefully, dancing in the sky freely and wonderfully, before falling elegantly to the ground. She watched the scene before her with great attention. 'The rain is so free; I want to disappear like that.' She thought. Bulma was so worried about the next three years of her life, the following years after the enemy would come. She thought about the friends she may lose, and how she may never recover to her full happiness every again.
Her thoughts were interrupted when she heard a snort explode in the hall. She left her comfortable seat and investigated. Vegeta was snoring loudly in his room. She smiled bitter sweetly as she entered the open room. She walked as quietly as she could towards the balcony door, opened it softly, and wandered her way outdoors into the storm.
For no one to know
Like the moon never shone
I'll never show;
My true emotions
Let the Rain
Wash my tears away
And make it easier to cry
Bulma never minded the rain. As a little girl she would dance and giggle as she jumped from puddle to puddle. Now as a grown woman she enjoyed the rain for a completely different reason, the rain hid her tears. She closed her eyes, sighed, and then opened her eyes to look into the cloudy night.
Bulma thought of her arrogant prince and she smiled slightly. She knew she loved him. She tried to hide her feelings, but the only way she knew how to was to be rude and feisty towards him.
"I'm hopeless." She sighed. "If only he loved me too." She lightly whispered into the night.
"Onna, you forgot how good my hearing is." Vegeta's gruff voice ruined the silent moment.
Shock took over Bulma. 'He didn't hear what I said. Oh god I hope not!' She thought franticly.
"I did forget. So what's it to you?" Bulma shot back.
"I heard you say 'If only he loved me too' or something like that. Now who are you talking about? It's not that annoying waste of space boy toy of yours is it? "
"Humph! It's none of your business!"
"Yes it is. Because you were talking about me weren't you? Oh don't lie I can see it in your face. I am not as stupid as you think I am."
Bulma didn't know what to say. She blankly stared at him, not realizing she was leaning closer and closer so him.
Before she knew what she was doing she kissed him. Vegeta was somewhat shocked, but roughly kissed her back.
So as most stories end, they lived happily ever after.
Till I say
I'll be okay
Let the Rain
Take me away...
Yes I know. I've done a poem fic on this already. But I changed the story part a bit. Hope you enjoyed it!
