Standing on a cliff.
Standing on a cliff looking behind me, I see my life as it has been: a steady road with the occasionally bums and bruising leading upward to my life. When I look down I see my life as it could be, short, steep, ending soon.
Therefore it is important to enjoy the road upwards, every day of your life, because it always ends before you can really start. After realising that, I take a final look at the sea below me and take a step…a step that leads me down the road again. A road which takes me back to my life with the occasionally bums and bruises but which is always filled with moments of being alive.
