AN: I love this poem to bits, even though I was crying as I wrote it. It can be applied to anybody; just take your pic. And I slaved over finding the right words for this thing, so I'll thank you not to flame.

I look at you
And I turn away…
And I look back again.
To see the effect of my words on you.

You tried to say things you can't undo…
Whether the words are of love or hate…
They can't be undone.
With our thoughts and consciousnesses they mate…

If you said something,
I did not hear the words,
For I ran after one last look,
To face the harsh wind over your words.

I didn't want you to change,
Didn't want your words constantly circling my mind.
Those words had the power to make or break me,
And I don't wanna fall to pieces.

If you spoke my own feelings,
The sight of you would fill me with happiness
If you spoke words of hatred,
My world would go dark.

Can't you see?
Can't you tell?
Are you really so blind?
Or do you choose not to see?

When there's things you can see so clearly
Why not me?
Why not my feelings
When you see everyone else's?

Why won't you look?
Why can't you see?
I won't let you see my tears,
If you won't see my emotions.

I won't cry in front of you,
I don't wanna talk about this,
I want to hear your tender words over this cruel wind,
'Cuz I'm in love with you.

I look at your picture,
And I turn away…
And I look back again
Before I lock it away.

Why can't you tell?
Why won't you see?
Do you really not know…
I'm in love with you.
