Terra's Choice: Chapter 2
Disclaimer: I don't own my house, I don't own my computer, I don't own my room, so what
makes you think I own Teen Titans?
Terra ran out the door after Beastboy, and frantically searched the sky for a green bird, but found nothing. So she hopped up on a rock and headed towards the city. Meanwhile, the other Titans were all doing there part to find Beastboy.
"Okay, Star, you and I will search the west part of the city. Cyborg, you and Raven search the eastern part of the city. And Brandon, You stay here and check for Beastboy on the computer." "What about Terra?", asked Brandon. " She won't come home 'til Beastboy is found," said Raven." I wanna search for her," requested Brandon. "Fine," said Robin, against his better judgment. "But we have to hurry."
Meanwhile, Terra had made her way to the carnival, (the one that their first date was at), and asked the owners if they had seen Beastboy. "You mean that green guy in the tights?" That almost made Terra laugh."Yeah, thats him.'' " Yes, I'm pretty sure I saw him." Terra thanked the owner, and ran towards the roller coaster first. She didn't see him there. Or the next place she checked. Or the next. Or the next.
Brandon had known one of Terra's favorite places was the carnival, and it just so happened to be in town. He ditched the Titans, and pulled up to the carnival on his motorcycle.
He checked all Terra's usual spots, the roller coaster, the ferris wheel, the haunted house, all the food stands, til' there was only one place left.The house of mirrors.
When Beastboy left the tower, he had no idea where to go. He had gone through streets, down alleys, and in and out of a lot of places, when he came to the carnival. He ran in, and kept running til' he came to the House of Mirrors. He walked in, and was hit with horrible memories. He sat in a corner, and turned to a fly, so he was small enough that no one would see him cry.
Terra had thought she saw Beastboy go towards the house of mirrors, so she ran in immediately. But she didn't find Beastboy inside.
"Terra, just forget about Beastboy!", screamed Brandon. "Can't you see I'm back, and I love you more than he ever could? And you love me too! I know you're not stupid! I mean, I guess he is an okay boyfriend, but now I'm back!"
"No, No, NO! Brandon, I'm sorry, but Beastboy isn't just a temporary boyfriend for until you came back! I love him now! I won't deny it, I'll always love you, just not like I love Beastboy. You'll always be my best friend, but I love you like my brother. Beastboy accepted me. I hurt him, physically and emotionally, I even tried to kill him, and he still accepts me! You stopped loving me, when you found out about me. About my powers. You said you were over me. After that, you apologized, said you missed me, and I believed you, and I still do, but it doesn't seem right. When I wanted to be a Titan, you tried to stop me. You said I wasn't strong enough. I know you were just trying to protect me, but I am strong! And I know, you came to take me away, to save me. But I don't need saved! And I don't need you! I love Beastboy now. And, now, he probably doesn't love me anymore. And I don't blame him!"
Beastboy couldn't stand it anymore. He ran up and hugged Terra, kissed her, and said "I'll always love you. Always."
