So, you're in love with your best friend and teammate. At least you've addmitted it to yourself. Now we can start.
The first thing you need to do, is in fact make do with what you can. Should both of you have your memories wiped, act on the physical urges of your body. Your CO can't courtmarshal you if you didn't know you were her commanding officer. This rule also applies to any situations where EVERYONE else had their memories wiped. If they can't remember it, it didn't happen. No matter how many times you did it during your time loops.
Second, deal with it. If you don't get the chance to be together, make sure she's at least happy with someone eles. Then, when THAT relationship goes down the drain, you'll most likly have the chance to comfort her. At her house. Where there my be booze, and her very lonly bed. That's all that needs to be said about that.
