The Fire of Love
A/N: This poem is for the pairing: Alanna/ George.
I feel purple fire in my eyes. Eyes that look upon your smiling face
I feel red fire in my veins, the fire that courses through vines of green.
I feel white fire in my skin that prickles at your touch
I feel gray fire in my mind, fully aware of your presence.
With the hiss of a single arrow and a cry, I fall.
I feel suddenly numb now.
My world has gone cold.
The purple fire fades.
The red fire is spilled.
The white fire goes whiter still
The gray fire flickers.
A fire has been put out, but the flame that shone bright at your heart's candle is dowsed by your tears.
For your heart is cracked and broken as you bid me goodbye.
And leave a candle at my grave.
