A/N: Ok, now here's the one I wrote one or two days after the Zuko one, so it's only my second Avatar poem. They sound similar at first, but changes around the middle.
Aang's POV
There's a teen hunting me
He's a very determined prince
His friend is what I want to be
He rescued me after I was captured
His voice I never heard
He used swords and wore a mask
Escaping was our task
I fought along side him
But at the last wall's inner rim
The soldiers had cornered us
They wanted me alive, no fuss
My neck was where he put his swords
Letting us go was all they could afford
He was knocked out as we went away
I made a cloud of dusty clay
I kneeled down and uncovered his face
When I saw him, my heart had a race
I almost left him lying there
I turned and decided to care
There's a teen hunting me
He's a very determined prince
His friend is what I want to be
I was sitting close to him on a log
We were in a forest near a bog
As he turned his head to me
I told him a story
How I had a Fire Nation friend
We'd get in trouble, and back out in the end
It looked like he was listening
I asked if we've met before the war's beginning
Would a friendship be going on?
He shot fire, but in a second, I was gone
Jumping through the trees, I didn't look back
I got the frogs, using my shirt as a sack
"Suck on these," I gave my friends the frogs
They did as I said, continually like cogs
"Did you make any new friends?" Sokka asked
That question hurt my heart it needed a cast
I answered with a "No"
I didn't think so
There's a teen hunting me
He's a very determined prince
His friend is what I want to be
I hope he tells me, or at least give hints
A/N: Ok, that's all I have. So, thanks for reading and especially to my first reviewer for these poems, Kinal!
