Disclaimer: I don't own Zim. I don't own the doom song
Author's Note: So I'm going through some of my old compy files and happen across a folder called "Invader Zim". I click on this folder and realize "Oh my god, this is my old Zim fics from when Invader Zim was still new!" So I thought I would share this wonderous find with all of you other fans, this is what a sixth grade version of myself thought was a good Zim fanfic. Please humor my past and don't flame. Let me know what you think.
The Real Doom Song
ZIM:
I snuck out of my job to try and become an invader; I was ready for the assigning to begin
I raced through the crowd, tough as could be; ready to find a quest to win
"How can you be an invader, you are way to short.
Remember the last time? Remember it squirt."
"Hey I could always try, I put the fires out.
I know of being an invader. I could figure it out."
The finally gave and let me try it out.
The equipping station held a robot for me.
Gir, with an intelligence of three
And here is where the doom song comes
GIR:
Doom doom do doom doom doom do do doom. Doom doom. Do do do do do do doom doom doom doom.
ZIM:
Blasting through the galaxies in my ship with Gir right at my side
The mission was all I could think about, no time to stay back and hide.
Time was speeding by so quick, it's a wonder I did not get sick
But after six whole months of the doom song, there lay Earth, I'd waited so long
And this is where the song came
GIR:
Doom Doom doom do doom do do doom doom do doom do doooom do do do doom do doom do do doom doom doom doom doomy doom doom
ZIM:
The base was set, the mission was on
There was no way things could go wrong
Gir in his costume, me in mine
The mission goes well, our mission is fine
The gnomes are ready to attack, I've gone to school and I'm back
Gir's watching the t v I'm down in my lab, I hear a sudden tune
And that tune goes doom.
GIR:
Doom doom doom a doom a doom doo doom do doom a doom a doom do doo doom doooooom do do do doom do doom do do do do doom doomy doom doom. Doom doom doom, the end, Oh, what's that?
