Anakin Skywalker stalked down the hallway leading to the living quarters of his best friend and former master Obi wan Kenobi with angry strides and a look in his blue eyes that warned everyone around him of the storm that was brewing .

Skywalker was on the war path and Kenobi was once again in the line of fire, the arguments between these two Jedi were as legendary within the Temple as their bond and friendship was .

But when Skywalker was stalking the temple hallways the way he was doing at moment and heading for Kenobi's quarters with a look in eyes that could kill a gandark stone dead at 100 paces, you got of his way and let Kenobi deal with him.

As Anakin Skywalkers temper was legendary and as lethal as his sabre skills and his former master was one of the very few Jedi who could deal with Skywalkers temper and walk away unharmed.

But then Kenobi was Skywalkers closest friend within the Jedi Order as well being his former instructor and guardian. Obi wan Kenobi was one the few people who Anakin truly liked and trusted at the temple.

Which was why everyone in the hallway was surprised when Anakin shoved a very confused and surprised looking Obi wan Kenobi who had just left his quarters against the wall, and snarled " YOU PROMISED THAT YOU WOULDN'T TAKE ANOTHER MISSION LIKE RAKO HARDEEN MISSION ! WITHOUT TELLING ME! YOU LIED TO ME AGAIN!"

" Anakin ! calm down I ve only just found out about it myself , I was just on my way to talk you about it infact!" Obi wan told him."

" LIER! " the young Knight screamed as he paced back and forth in front of his former master, Obi wan sighed and said " Anakin! let's just calm down and go to my quarters talk and about this like rational adults shall we?"

Anakin glared at his friend and then " you really don't care do you! did you really think that I wouldn't be upset that y... "Anakin trailed off and suddenly Obi wan realised that Anakin's current out burst wasn't about the latest mission that the council was planning to send him on.

It was about the whole Rako Hardeen situation of a few months back Anakin still hadn't forgiven him for his actions and although Obi wan had apologised and promised no to fake his own death ever ever again Anakin still didn't trust him.

" Anakin when are you going understand that it was a matter of duty! you would have done the same thing if had been you!" Anakin stopped pacing as Obi wan said this and glared at him.

It was then that Obi wan realised what he had just said and regretted it as Anakin stared at him in anger " you really don't care about anyone but yourself and your precious council do you " Anakin snarled.

" Anakin! be reasonable I ve apologised over over again I don't know what else I can do!" Obi wan muttered . " BE REASONABLE! You faked your death , put me, Ahsoka, Padme and Satine though the worst kind of pain and suffering that you could possibly do and you have the KRIFFING NERVE TO TELL ME TO BE REASONABLE!"

"Anakin! I'm sor..Obi wan started to say but Anakin cut him off, " DON'T YOU DARE TELL ME THAT YOU ARE SORRY ! BECAUSE WE BOTH KNOW THAT YOU WOULD DO IT AGAIN IF THE COUNCIL ASKED YOU TO!" Anakin yelled not care that he and Obi wan had an audience now.

" Anakin ! " " No Obi wan I don't want to hear it , I am done I don't to hear anymore of your excuses and lies about your sorry and you won't do it again! I am done listening to it !" Anakin said softly then he added " Qui gon never would've faked his death and lied to me , he should have been my master instead of YOU! "

" Anakin ! you don't mean that!" Obi wan said shocked " DON'T I ! " Anakin snapped then he said the most hurtful thing that he could think of to say to Obi wan " YOU ! Should have died instead of Qui gon! I wish you had!" then he turned around and walked away from Obi wan .

Leaving Obi wan and the onlookers behind him staring open mouthed.
