Sending shivers down his spine.
It was her
He knew her voice
It had a strange ring
It echoed throughout the hallway
It was cold
Dark
And Evil.
He couldn't stand the sound of it.
Yet, he was forced to endure it.
He pledged his loyalty to her
His Queen.
His matron.
Matron was so different now.
Her eyes, instead of warm and inviting
Were now cold and dark.
There was no warmth in her heart.
The beautiful angel that had been his matron
Was now a demon in her body.
Her perfect body.
He dreamed about her
Day and night
Wondering if she would let him touch her.
He couldn't deny that he was attracted to her
What man wouldn't?
She was perfect!
But she was evil
And would spell his demise.
Why didn't he stay at garden?
Why was he such a fool?
He was going to die such a horrible death.
And all because of his "romantic dream"

A fool with a gunblade
