The Sisterhood of the Travelling Agenda
This is a true story ladies and gentlemen. It happened to me and three of my friends in an ordinary school in the magical town of Richmond Hill, Ontario, Canada.
Four girls who met in grade nine became frustrated with the fact that they had none of the same classes in grade ten. An amazing solution was soon found to this problem – an agenda!
The girls used a spare agenda and wrote on it "The Sisterhood of the Travelling Agenda" and used it just as the name suggested. The girls would each have a turn during the day to write anything exciting or problematic or simply anything on their minds of that day in the agenda and pass it on to the next sister.
This was the absolute perfect way to stay connected at what was happening. However it wasn't long before other friends became jealous of this idea but through thick and thin the girls stayed close through the help of the Travelling Agenda.
I would like everyone with a similar story to email me and so I can post these stories here. A story of an object that has kept a friendship together however it does not necessarily have to involve four friends.
