If given the choice, I would still become a cop. I would still marry Gwen. I would do everything as I had done it before because what's the point of changing it? What if, if you changed it, if you chose differently, you came out a worse person? What if you died sooner, hurt more?
See, life's just a bunch of choices, some split second, some that take your whole life.
And no matter what kind of choice it is... at least it's a choice. And if you choose wrong, there's no point in wishing, wondering what would happen if you just chose the other door.
