She had been sitting out here for an eternity.

He never would show up.

The wind had picked up speed and brushed her hair gently out of her face, fallen leafs rustled over the ground.

She pulled her coat closer to her tiny body, trying to hold on to the warmth she had built up till now, but to no use, the warmth disappeared together with her hope.

Her skirt, which reached to her ankle, twisted in the wind, and the cold north wind made its way up her thin legs.

The shoes she had stolen so easily yesterday had become dirty right away, and the stone she sat on was ice cold.

People walking by gave her ugly glares, and pretended not to notice her hat lying on the ground, which literally begged for help, she needed money.

She was poor, dirty, filthy, skinny and sad; no one cared for a homeless child in this cold world.

Her dark brown eyes searched the street for help, but found none, they filled with salty tears.

She desperately tried to blink them away, but the tears refused to go away, and instead rolled down her pink cheeks.

The autumn air picked on her for being poor, and tried to take her hopes away, she would freeze to death if this continued for much longer.

He wouldn't show up, he never did, she would live trough this one as well.

Suddenly a pair of feet stops in front of her limp body; she tiredly looks up, to find a tall handsome man, with beautiful red hair.

His eyes glowing red at her, she watches him unsheathe his katana, entirely in peace he stabs her pure heart.

She falls of the cold stone, and down into the even colder mud, her eyes gets blurry, but she can she the man bow towards her. He smiles at her, knowing quite well that he had saved her.

With her last powers she weakly smiles back, before she wanders into total darkness.

He came, he finally came. Onime no Kyo.
