Hey this is just a stupid little thing that originated from Australia's Funniest Home Video Show. I wasn't gonna post it but what the hey! Cyas

Kate and McGee made eye contact across their desks and tried to suppress evil grins.

Tony was eagerly scratching away at a scratch card he'd found in his wallet. He couldn't remember buying it, but figured he must have picked it up some when and forgotten about it.

Kate stood from her desk and turned to put a file away in a cupboard. She turned her back on Tony purposefully. She was never any good at poker and didn't trust her face to not give anything away.

"5, 4, 3, 2, 1…" she counted down in her head.

Suddenly Tony sprung from his chair excitedly, causing it to fall over.

"Blast-off," she thought.

"I won!" Tony exclaimed with a look of complete shock and triumph. "Oh my God! I won!"

"DiNozzo can you pass me the Camden file?" Kate asked him with a perfect look of disinterest. "I should win an Oscar for this," she thought.

"Katie! Katie, I won!" Tony then rushed over to her and lifted her into the air. He spun her around and around.

"Tony!" she gasped in shock and gripped his shoulders. "DiNozzo put me down!" she laughed.

He finally did so and Kate nearly fell over with dizziness. Tony caught her as realization of what he'd just done hit him and both coloured slightly.

"Two hundred and fifty thousand big ones!" He kissed the card.

"Wow Tony, congratulations," McGee patted him on the shoulder.

"Thanks Probie! No wait… Tim. I'm gonna call you Tim from now on. No more of that Probie stuff."

"Really? You promise?" McGee's eyes widened.

"I promise. And Katie… Kate… I'll pay back everything I owe you. And I'm gonna take you to that really expensive restaurant you wanted to go to. My treat," he grinned at her. "I promise."

Kate and McGee grinned and gave each other high-fives.

"So, how do I get the money?" Tony wondered out loud. He flipped the car over and read the fine print.

Congratulations on winning!

Please take this card to the store at which it was purchased.

Your prize money will be supplied by Santa Claus.

Tony's cocky grin was replaced by a glare.

"PROBIE!" he roared at McGee who was conveniently getting into the elevator at that exact moment.

"It's Tim, remember? A promise is a promise Tony!" The elevator doors shut leaving Tony standing in the bullpen, fuming.

"Pick me up at 8," Kate grinned as she grabbed her bag and left.
