Destroyer of Worlds
When death came it would at least be quick.
Quick and inevitable.
He wondered if this was how it had been for Collins, being able to see your own doom, waiting for death to take you.
He'd thought it was going to work.
It was supposed to work.
Why hadn't it worked?
Rodney could hear John screaming over the roaring in his ears. Turning slightly he could see the man writhing in pure, desperate agony.
He'd been wrong.
Light flashed bringing darkness with it.
He had become the destroyer of worlds and knew it wasn't just Doranda that would burn.
