That evening, Mai got a phone call from a cousin from America. He was going to Japan to see her and will be staying at her house until he's gone... Looks like trouble...
DISASTER NO.2
Mai was waiting for Joey at the restraunt.
Then, Her cousin came in and started talking to her.
Joey was rinning late because Yugi gave an ultra long lecture how to impress a girl on a fancy dinner.
Joey was about to come in when he saw Mai with her cousin.
He went on auto and walked out.
A few hours later, Mai wondered why Joey wasn't coming, called it a day, and showed her cousin the home.
