After Cell was defeated everyone around the world wanted to know the identity of the delivery boy."
Even though Hercule announced that it was him that defeated Cell no one believed him they wanted proof that the champ really defeated Cell. He couldn't proof that he defeated Cell so the question now remained who defeated Cell.
Yeah problay a real hero came and defeated Cell just like that little boy that defeated the Demon King Piccolo. He wonders what ever happen to him and what became of the past World Champion.
Yes it was Goku who defeated the Demon King Piccolo but he disappeared after he won the World Championship.
But what everyone around the globe wanted to know who was the boy who fought against Cell they wanted answers and only he could answer. They wanted the Delivery Boy.
He agreed for the time being. But that was not the end of the story the major of the world announced that who ever might have any information about the delivery boy or where he was right now a reward of 1 billion zennies for whoever had any info or the where abouts. Of the Delivery Boy
