Da Duh Duh Dun! Chapter 13. To recap Ron and Harry knock Draco and drug him to Dumbledore... When he wakes up he basicly confuses to the crimes agianst him.When it time for punishment Hermione step up with 1 sentence to end the entire affair.. Or she hopes it will anyway

"I don't think he should have a punishment..." I Stepped up looking at all of them ,shock flooding them. "If he agree that if he comes with in 200 yards of me or my friends EVER agian he is sentence to death. Not to say sorry or for any other intent..."
"Mr. Malfoy.. can you comply with her terms..." Dumbledore questioned, hands still crossed.
"Yes... " He frowned
"No... him saying yes isn't good enough... I want him to make it known to the public what he did and what he can't do now..." I spoke up more powerfully now.
"Fine..." He said seeming to give up.
Then next day Malfoy went before the entire school and most of the other witch and wizard community.He told them everything he had done.. Everything but one thing.. About the rape. We made a deal never to speak of it agian.. For my sanity. As I sat there, out of everyones view, I cried not wanting to hear his words. I was reliving everything he has done to me and my friends...
For 2 weeks it was crazy, I didn't see the boys once. Though my grades weren't perfect I was valadictorian and was made to give speech.
"Fellow student" I began "as everyone know this year has been filled with trial and tribulation for not only me but everyone.. But what I learning through all of this is that now I'm strong to face the real world. I realize not everything is what it seems. We are all a generation of fame and fortune. I mean we did grow up with the famous Harry Potter and through out our entire exsistence at Hogwarts we have fought troll, basilasks, and other demons. Our class can say one of our own perticipated in the Tri Wizard tornement... At our school! We can say we witnessed some of the wizarding world greatest event. And we will be the one to rise up and defeat Voldemort once more! Thank you class of 2005!"
Everything thanks me for the boost of confidence and list of reasons to be proud of theirselves and their fellow students. Our graduating class went down in Hogwarts history that day for being the strongest, bravest, and most outspoken class ever. Harry and Ron were awarded a special honor ,that still hanging in Hogwarts to this day, for saving the lives of so many students. But before we could all leave Dumbledore presented his speech. We stared in awe as we watched the teachers weep.
"Thank you Mrs.Granger. I would like to say thank you! Thank you to all of you. Even though the past 7 year have been eventfull ,with all the death and such, you managed to make it through. I would like to give a big thanks to Cedric Diggory though he's not with us any longer. He gave the ultimate price trying to help anouther student. And if he had not lost his life he would go down in history with Harry Potter as the 2 students who won the tri wizard tornement. Also I want to thank all the muggle borns for getting past the dramatic event in your 2nd year with the basilisk. I want to thank Harry, Hermione, and Ron for thier help in the 3rd year. But most of thank you to everyone for the 1st year. The year made all of you.. The year you all came together and started your destiny..." By the time Dumbledore was down he's was slightly crying. " Now on a lighter note let's bring in the 1st through 6th years in for the final feast and naming of the head of houses.( forgot the name of that... sorry) The younger students piled in and filled in the empty seats. I was motioned to the front with Malfoy.
"I know your deal is in effect but for the spirit of the last day heads have to sit together with the teachers... I'm sorry Mrs. Granger but we were unable to change it." I went back to my seat with Harry and Ron.
"I have to go.. I love both of you don't leave hogwarts without me.." I said then grabbed my stuff going up front. I smiled at the students watching me as I sat down next to the ferret. He didn't speack as I sat there. I glanced at him giving him a dirty look.
Gyfindor recieved the award for the 7th year in a row. Finally we were dismissed. Harry and Ron were waiting for me by the door. Harry leaned over whispering in my ear.
"I love you" He looked up and smiled at me. I smiled and blush as he stepped back.
"You too" I said not realizing how stupid I sounded. Harry laughed slightly and I blushed some more. Ron smile at me, but even I was supriced to find a smile in him battered face. Finally we started off to our carriage to the train. As we road it was like we had never been seperated. We talked about the summer and nothing of what had destory of final year.. We also talk about the battle we were going to have to fight in the next year. We were all together again and I was the happiest about it...
