Well, ok, here is chapter 2. This is where the story starts to take off, so please let me know what you think; I may not continue because I'm not getting reviews, I've only gotten one from cookie044. So I'd like to say 'thanks cookie, love hearing from you.'

And I'd also like to say to everyone else, please review please. I'm begging I hope you're all happy. Just kidding, no but seriously please review. Thanks in advance.

Disclaimer: I must do this just one more time, in this story the last name Hawass is used for Evelyn's mother's maiden name. I did not come up with this name I got it from the man who reopened king Tut's tomb and had the ct-scans ran.

The next morning Evy woke up to the phone ringing. She dragged herself out of bed and into the hallway to answer the phone.

"Hello?" came her groggy voice. At the moment it was 11:30 in the morning and she was tired. Normally she was up at this time of day, but she wasn't allowed to go back to work until a new curator was hired: she prayed se would get the job. Another reason she was up was because Rick and her were up all night talking and getting to know one another.

"Hello?" the person on the other end said.

"Who is this?"

"This is your uncle, Evelyn, you're Uncle Daniel." Came the man's voice.

Evy's eyes widened, she hadn't seen nor spoken to him or his family in over 3 years. Though this was the man who had taken her 8-year-old self and her 12-year-old brother in after their parents died and took care of. He was also responsible for some other things, mainly the reason why she left and never looked back, until now. This man was none other than Daniel Hawass, eldest sibling to Evelyn's mother Rebecca.

"Yes, Uncle Dan?" she said acting surprised to be hearing from him, wondering why he was calling after all these years.

"I was wondering how you and your brother were doing." He said as if reading her mind. "And I wanted to know if you two wouldn't mind dropping by for a visit sometime soon." She could hear the smile in her voice; he was up to his old tricks again.

"Well, I'm not sure--" she said trying to get out of it, but was cut off.

"Great! I'll see you and your brother soon." He said laughing then hung up the phone.

Evy hung up as well and took in a deep breath then let it out; she could not believe she was now being forced to see the family she wanted to stay away from. Now she had to go to London. Yes it was odd for an Egyptian family to be living in London, but when Evy's mom married Gregory, Evy's dad, he insisted on having his wife's family close by so they could watch the children grow up.

She stood there looking at the phone, expecting it to get up and walk away, but instead she did. As she returned to her room, she stopped on the way and peeked into Rick's open door. He was fast asleep and his face was facing her. Before he woke up and saw her Evy continued on to her room and threw herself on the bed.

'How am I going to tell him?' she questioned herself. Sure she wanted him to go, but did he want to? What would happen when he found out the truth? Would he still love her? At this moment, did he love her?

Evy sat in bed looking at the ceiling wondering what to do.

Ok, how is it so far? Please review and let me know, even if it is a small review, just please review; my confidence would love a boost. Speaking of confidence anyone seen the movie? Rachel Weisz stars in it and I think it was one of her best roles except the constant gardener.
