He can still remember pretty much word for word a conversation that he had with any given victim at any given time. He can remember their faces, the way they'd looked…the haunted expressions on their faces, the vacant looks in their eyes. And every time he closes his eyes, he sees them…especially the children.
But that isn't what keeps him awake at night. What keeps him awake is the fact that every time he closes his eyes, he can hear their voices, echoing in the back of his mind.
