It was a rainy day, Colonel Roy Mustang's least favorite kind of day. "#$, I hate this if some trouble does stir up I won't be able to do anything about it..." Havoc silently puffed on his cigarette in the back of the office. "Consider yourself lucky sir, there's barely a peep out in town no trouble or nothing". Mustang sat at his desk with his fingers crossed "you never know what can happen, Havoc you always have to be on your toe-"COLONEL!" Roy fell out of his chair with a thud. Havoc tried to hide his grin. It was Lieutenant Hawkeye who came barreling through the door. "Colonel we've got some reports of a rogue alchemist heading towards our jurisdiction" Roy struggled to get up "I'm sorry Lieutenant could you repeat that I need to GET THE BLOOD OUT OF MY EARS!" "Sorry about that sir" Hawkeye said with a firm salute. "at ease Lieutenant, what is it." "Like I said sir there's a rogue alchemist heading to town with some credentials I'd like you to see" "This better not be another alchemy student trying to grab a reputation, that'll be the third this week." "Sir this is no amateur". She put the files out on his desk "and this is personal" she finished grimly. Mustang reviewed the notes "So he's been traveling across the country causing havoc wherever he goes, Lieutenant we get a loon like this every week why is it personal this time?" "Check the last page, sir.." "Mustang flipped to the back as soon as he viewed the image his eyes were shot with fear "Dear God" He reached for the receiver to his secretary "Get me the major now! His life is in danger"
Only a couple of blocks away a man in a hood stood in the street with one thought on his mind and that was revenge...
That's Chapter 1 I know it didn't have the major in it, but what got the colonel so freaked, and who is this mysterious hooded man?
