A few very short and random drabbles on the Inheritance Cycle. Enjoy!

Murtagh's early years, from the day of his coming to Urû'baen until the day he became a Dragon Rider. His connection with the other heroes of the story, Selena, Tornac, Eragon, Ajihad, Nasuada, the Twins, the King and of course Thorn. Events that hardly, or not at all, mentioned in the books.

After the fall of Galbatorix Eragon works to establish the new order of the riders. This story will follow mostly the new riders, with a few asides into Alagaesia. Unknown to the riders and the kingdoms of Alagaesia however a new threat arises in the east.

In a twist of fate, their positions are reversed—Nasuada is captured while Murtagh finds himself fighting for the Varden in her place—until he is captured as well. "If I asked, would you fight for me? Change sides for me? Betray your comrades for me?"

I loved her, and yet she rebuffed me. She was all that I had desired and though I had victory in battle, my heart was defeated.

Arya parts ways with her first true friend, who can read her like a book. Skip 13 years, and Arya finds her old friend on Silver Moon, home of the riders. Learn what happens next in this short continuation of the cycle. Rated T for future scenes.

With the war still raging, his brother still a slave to galbatorix, and his master just slain eragon must work harder and mature faster to bring an end to this bloody war. He keeps the peace and administers justice. This story begins when Arya is captured by Durza. Eragon X Arya and maybe other couples as well.

Takes place in Brisingr, while the Varden are taking control of towns throughout Alagaesia, when Eragon does what Oromis has warned him against thousands of times: using a spell that consumes all of his energy in order to save Arya and other Varden members from a falling wall.
