Summary: Bruce introduces Terry to a girl who is suppposedly the last of an ancient clan of superheroes. With Terry getting a new partner and Derek Powers aka Blight out to get Bruce how will the Dark Knight of the Future fair against Gothams criminals. Read on to find out.

Chapter 1, Preluge
Narrator: the last Silver Bird
There once was an ancient clan of superheroes that fought for truth and justice for millions of years. This ancient clan of superheroes had ancient martial arts prowess and were born with the instinct of stopping danger no matter where it happend. They also had ancient technology which aided them in their crusade. It started in Japan, where a man named Akiro Anunzi founded the clan and was the first 'Silver Bird'. The 'Silver Bird' was an honorable title to hold in the clan.
They operated in Japan for billions of years, until Eric Jarabi the 1000th 'Silver Bird' moved to Gotham City. After Eric's departure the entire clan disappeared without a trace. In Gotham he met and married Liliian Grace they lived a happy life, yet Eric still fought crime as the 'Silver Bird'. After his daughter Sylvia Grace was born an escaped convict murdered Liliian and Eric was pitted against the convict in a battle that would cost them both their lives.
After that the only person who knew Silver Bird was none other than Batman himself. Bat's kept a close eye on Sylvia and even stopped a group of thugs from hurting her. As Bruce expected Sylvia was placed in an orphanage where she lived until she was 10. Not able to stand the abuse she ran away and grew up on the streets of Gotham.
After being a loner for many years at the age of 17 she created a not so impressive Silver Bird outfit. Despite the laughs she fought crime as the last Silver Bird. This is her story.
