My summary is right above chapter one. Before you say that that is a stupid idea, lemme just say that I don't like posting my detailed summaries here. There is never enough room and I hate to cut things up short. :P

This is basically the abbreviated version of the early days of Galbatorix the Rider before he became king. Off-hand unchecked writing, both writing and imagination on the rampage, you get the general idea from the cover. Btw I was thinking of officially killing this fic... What do you say?

I've used an OC but she's not based on me or anyone - her personality's off because I was trying to focus on Galbatorix's character, because after Inheri., I decided he was the sexiest man alive! Hundreds of years after Eragon's victory over Galbatorix, 16 yr old Riley lives in ignorance of the magical world. One day, her life is shattered when she stumbles upon the scene of an ancient battle and a dragon hatches for her. Now she finds herself struggling to stay alive in a new world where shadows arise to kill. She must forget the world she knew. She is going to Alagaesia.

Starts before chapter A Fitting Epitaph, in "Ilirea". Eragon may have to come to terms with losing Arya, and Arya has to come to terms with the possibility of losing everything. Getting progressively darker. Some chapters will be short, some much longer. Now being updated once again, some of the earlier chapters may get a rewrite soon (especially chapter one!)

This is a series of one-shots between Eragon and Arya, there is no plot, each chapter are separate.
