Memories whirled around her
As she floated in her dream,
Cold and alone.
Small clouds of vapor,
Escaped her barely parted lips,
With her eyes lightly shut.

"Why doesn't death come faster?"

She wants to give up.
She feels nothing,
Only empty,
Like a used shell.

Remember...

Her mind is focused,
She's set on dying,
She's seem to have forgotten,
That someone cares.

Your time...

She's selfish in her heart,
She doesn't care who she hurts,
As long as she gets her way,
A kiss from death.

Has not yet come.

She loves him;
She knows this for sure,
Even though she often doubts his love for her.
He's always there,
To help her with worries,
And see the end of her disturbing dreams;
Which often left her broken and alone.
She see's him smiling;
And she smiles back.

Awaken.

Heat trickles over her,
The clouds of vapor cease,
Her breathing becomes steady;
She's left the dream.
Slowly,
Her eyes flutter open,
And becomes aware,
To the feeling,
Of his relic,
Against her skin.
She smiled.

Live.
