A/N: Hey guys! Well, here it is! The moment you've been waiting for! DUH DUHDUH DUH! Chapter 5! YAYAYAYAYAY! OK, anyway, there is a WARNING! On this chapter due to language and minor adult themes, you know, just like how there's a warning on a McDonald's Coffee Cup saying: CAUTION! THE COFFEE IS HOT! Well we are acting like McDonald's and the story is a coffee cup, so please watch out. Also-NO! YOU CAN'T HAVE FRIES WITH THAT!

Chapter 5- Sometimes Dads Can Be A Darth Vader…WELL TECHNICALLY THEY ALL ARE!

Jimmy sat in Cindy's bedroom. It had been two days since her mom had died, and Cindy was still having trouble getting over it. Jimmy had gone over every day to help her, and today was no different, except for the fact Cindy wasn't there. She was in another room, having another one of her fits. But this fit was different. This was between her and her father.

"DAD! YOU DON'T GET IT! I CAN'T MOVE AWAY! I NEED TO STAY HERE!"

"YOU DON'T KNOW WHAT YOU NEED CINDY! YOU NEED ME! YOU DON'T NEED THIS! YOU DON'T NEED THIS..THIS...HELL-HOLE AS A HOUSE!"

"NO! BUT I NEED MY FRIENDS! I NEED LIBBY AND SHEEN! AND I NEED JIMMY!"

"DON'T BE STUPID GIRL! THAT JIMMY HAS DONE NOTHING FOR YOU!"

"NOTHING!" Cindy screamed, her voice cracking, showing signs of tears. "HE LOVED ME WHEN NOBODY ELSE IN THE WORLD DID! HE WAS THERE FOR ME WHEN EVERYONE ELSE TURNED THEIR BACK ON ME! HE HELD ME WHEN TIMES WERE TOUGH AND HE WAS RIGHT HERE WHEN I GOT THE PHONE CALL! I NEED HIM MORE THAN ANYONE ELSE IN THIS FUCKING WORLD!"

"DON'T YOU EVER USE THAT WORD AGAIN IN FRONT OF ME YOUNG LADY! THAT JIMMY ISN'T DOING YOU ANY GOOD! YOU'RE BETTER OFF WITHOUT HIM!"

"DAD!" Cindy shrieked, "DON'T YOU EVER SAY THAT AGAIN! I NEED HIM MORE THAN YOU KNOW! I'M NOT LEAVING!"

"WHY CAN'T YOU JUST LISTEN TO ME FOR ONCE! YOU'RE SO HARD HEADED! YOU'RE SO STUBBORN! YOU THINK YOU KNOW WHAT'S GOOD FOR YOU BUT YOU JUST DON'T SASHA!"

There was a sharp intake of breath and Cindy spoke, "D-dad? It's me...it's Cindy. M-mom's gone Dad...sh-she's not here."

"Now I know where you get it from," her dad said in a low voice. "Just...go...go pack. We leave tomorrow."

Jimmy heard footsteps running down the hall. Soon a red-eyed Cindy came bursting through the door. Jimmy leapt up from her bed and took her into his arms. Cindy buried her face into his neck and sobbed. Jimmy softly rubbed her back and kissed the top of her head.

"Y-you..h-heard...d-didn't...you?" Cindy asked between sobs.

Jimmy nodded and murmured, "Mmhmm."

"Oh, Jimmy! What am I going to do?" Cindy pulled her head up to look into Jimmy's eyes. "My dad wants me to move to his house in New York! That's all the way across the country! I can't live without you Jimmy! I just can't!"

"I know Cin! But no matter how far apart you are, I'll still love you with all my heart!"

Cindy sniffled, "Promise?"

"Cin, there's no other girl on Earth I love as much as you! And it's going to stay that way until the day I die. I promise!"

Jimmy heard the front door open then slam shut. The garage door opened and her father's car sped out.

"He's going out drinking again," Cindy whispered. "And that means..." a mischievous grin came across her face, "we've got the house to ourselves!" Jimmy returned her grin.

"Now, where did we leave off?" Cindy reached up and brought Jimmy's lips down on hers in a passionate kiss. He led her over to the bed, not breaking the kiss, and gently pushed her down onto it. Their hands and lips were all over each other, grabbing and kissing. Soon their clothing was shed and, before they knew it, they were having the best night of their lives.
