Chapter 7- The End of the Story

Cindy stayed up in her room all day. No matter how much he tried, her dad couldn't get her to come down for anything. It was around 10:00 when he came up to her room.

"Cin, can I come in?" he asked quietly.

"No," Cindy mumbled into her pillow. Her father ignored her answer and came in anyway. He walked over to her bed and gently sat down.

"Cin, I know you're upset," he said, stroking her hair.

"Upset?" she asked, looking up at him. "I was upset when I couldn't go to Libby's 6th birthday party. I was upset when I lost my favorite pink, plastic ring I got when I was 7. I'm not upset...I'm heartbroken!"

"Cin, he just wasn't right for you."

"HOW DO YOU KNOW? HE WAS THE GREATEST THING THAT EVER HAPPENED TO ME! Dad...I loved him!"

"And I loved your mother, but the keyword is loved. Things change Cin. You'll find a guy in New York who's ten times better than that Neutron kid." With that he stood up and walked over to her door. "Try and get some sleep, we've got a big day tomorrow." He turned off her lights and closed her door. Cindy immediately sat up and listened. When she was sure her father was asleep, she walked over to her window and slowly climbed out. She ran over to Jimmy's house and looked up toward his window. It was closed and his lights were off.

"Dammit!" she whispered to herself. Then she realized something, Jimmy was a very light sleeper. She looked around on the ground until she found a small rock. She chucked it up at Jimmy's window, and hit it square on. She stood there for a second, but nothing happened. She threw another one, and hit his window again. This time, she saw his light turn on and his figure walk over to his window. He opened it and looked down at her.

"Cin?" He asked groggily. "What're you doing here?"

"I needed to see you," she answered. "I can't go to New York without saying goodbye." A smile took over Jimmy's face.

"OK, just a second." Cindy watched him close his window, and within seconds he was out his door and standing next to her. Cindy ran into his strong arms and buried her head in his neck.

"I missed you," she whispered.

"Cin, we've only been apart for a couple of hours."

"Still! I love you Jimmy!"

"I love you too Cin." Cindy pulled away from him and grabbed his hand.

"Come with me," she said quietly. She led him down the street and into the park. She followed the path she knew all too well to a big oak tree. When they finally reached it, they slumped down against the tree. "Remember this place?" Cindy asked Jimmy.

"Remember? How could I forget? This is where I first asked you out."

"AND this is where you told off Betty Quinlin." Cindy added, smirking. Jimmy laughed.

"Yep, can't forget that one." They were silent for a minute, then Cindy spoke again.

"I've always loved this spot. It's just so...peaceful, pretty. I don't know, there's just something about it that I love." Jimmy scooted closer to her and wrapped his arms around her. She leaned her head against his chest and closed her eyes. They both fell asleep, content in each other's arms.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
The sun rose bright in the eastern sky the next morning. Jimmy and Cindy were still cuddled by the big oak tree when Cindy's eyes fluttered open. It took her a second to register what was going on. As soon as she did, she gasped.

"JIMMY! JIMMY WAKE UP!" she shouted, shaking him.

"5 more minutes," he grumbled. She shook him even more violently until he woke up. "Wha..What's going on?" he asked, confused.

"I'm moving today!" Cindy replied. "We have to get back to my house." Jimmy and Cindy ran down to her house just in time. The moving van was all packed and ready to go and her dad was just starting the car.

"I guess this is it," Jimmy said quietly, his voice cracking a little.

"Yeah," Cindy replied, tears lining her eyes.

"I...I'm gonna m-miss you Cin," Jimmy said quietly. Cindy ran into his arms and pressed her lips against his. He wrapped his arms around her waist and drew her closer, kissing her deeply and more passionately. They poured all of their feelings into that kiss. After what seemed like forever, Cindy finally pulled away.

"Jimmy, promise me something."

"Anything."

"Promise you'll write to me every day? And promise you won't fall for any of the girls at school?"

"Cin, I told you, there's nobody I could love more than you. Now you promise me something."

"Anything."

"Promise you won't let any slick New York guys sweep you off your feet?"

Cindy giggled through her tears. "I promise. I love you Jimmy Neutron and I always will."

"I love you Cindy Vortex, I always will." Jimmy watched Cindy climb into her car. He watched the car back out of the driveway and disappear into the sun.

The End

A/N: THE END! DID YOU LOVE IT? HATE IT? R&R PEOPLE! LOVE YOU ALL! The sequel will be up soon, but it's gonna be kind of short, which you guys will probably like b/c something tells me you guys aren't gonna like it so much. OK, anyway R&R LOVE YA LOTS!

Now it's the time you've all been waiting for!

DUH! DUH! DUH! DUH! DUHHHHHHHHH!

The Explanations of our Chapter Titles!

(Because we know you were all curious!)

Chapter 1- The Mark Club Chapter- Mark refers to a character from the movie "Rent". Since we loved his character so much and loved the movie so much we made up our own Mark Club. Then we just randomly decided to call this chapter, The Mark Club Chapter.

Chapter 2- The Question Turned Out Nervous But The Answer Was Sweet- Sort of a boring, average title for this one. We just simply titled it this because we were referring to the part where Cindy asked Jimmy to come over (She was nervous) and Jimmy sweetly answered. Therefore, The Question Turned Out Nervous But The Answer Was Sweet.

Chapter3- All For Swirly-BitterSweet-ness- Swirly is another little nickname thing for Nicoley. Because she was so obsessed with DUH! DUH! DUH! DRAMA, this chapter was especially for her because well, it had drama. The BitterSweet-ness part actually is talking about the chapter. The Sweet Part- Cindy and Jimmy having a make out session. The Bitter Part-Cindy's mom has died, which makes this chapter All For Swirly-BitterSweet-ness.

Chapter 4- Singing The Love-The Truth Is Out- Another, not so interesting title. This just describes how at her mom's funeral, Cindy begins to sing a very emotional song about love. The truth part was where Cindy admits she was abused by her mom and still loves her. So Cindy was Singing the Love and The Truth was Out.

Chapter 5- Sometimes Dads Can Be A Darth Vader…Well Technically They All Are- This was an interesting chapter title, I think. Darth Vader, an evil character from the movies "Star Wars" is the father of Luke Skywalker. In this chapter, Cindy's Dad is acting horrible and says that Cindy has to move away, which is how we got the part about Dads being a Darth Vader. The technically part means that anyone's dad is Vader. In Dutch, Vader means "Father". So today, go up to your dad and say "Hi Vader!" Hopefully, it will leave them totally confused. WHAT FUN! Anyway, there's the explanation for Sometimes Dads Can Be a Darth Vader…Well Technically They All Are.

Chapter 6- Anakin said it, Scarlett Said It, and Now Cindy- More Movie References! We are referring to the line "I Hate You!" Anakin said it to Obi-Wan Kenobi in "Star Wars: Episode III, Revenge of the Sith". Scarlett said it to Rhett in "Gone With The Wind". Now Cindy says it to her father just like in other memorable moments. This concludes how we got Anakin Said It, Scarlett Said It, and Now Cindy.

Chapter 7-The End of the Story-Well let's just hope you got this Chapter title!
