After the movie was over, I must have fallen asleep once again, because I woke up in my bed. I sat up and l looked at the clock. It was only 11:12 am. Great, I had only been asleep for three hours. I stood up and walked back into the living room. No InuYasha. I walked into the dining room. No InuYasha there either. I walked into the kitchen. InuYasha was standing in front of the stove cooking. There were tons of empty ramen bags on the counter.

"What are you doing?" I asked.

"Cooking," InuYasha said slowly.

"Cooking what?" I asked, even more confused then ever. Did he even know how to cook?

"Ramen! Want some? I love Ramen. It's the best," he said.

"Is that ALL you cooked for lunch?" I questioned.

"Yeah. So do you want some Ramen?" he said. His eyes were as big as the pan he was using to cook.

"Yeah, you might as well give me a bowl," I said. I opened up the dishwasher and took out two bowls. I walked over to the drawer with the silverware in it. "Do you want a spoon or a fork?" I asked.

"A fork so I can twirl the Ramen around it!"

"InuYasha, I'm beginning to sense that you are obsessed with Ramen. You have MAJOR issues." I said as I pulled a fork out of the drawer. I walked into the dining room and set the bowl and utensils on the table. I walked back into the kitchen to only find the pan of Ramen on fire, and InuYasha dazed at the sight of the Ramen being smoked.

"I never ment to hurt the Ramen, I swear!" InuYasha said. It sounded like he was almost crying.

"You had the flame up too high!" I yelled over the roar of the smoke dectector. It was a smoke dectector, and it wasn't supposed to be quiet, but I didn't think it was supposed to be that loud either. I walked over to the flaming pot of ramen, and turned the flame down a bit. The fire stopped a few mintues later, and smoke filled the room.

"Open the windows and let the smoke out," I said as I covered my mouth with hand. I walked over to the window and pulled it open, while InuYasha opened the other.

InuYasha grabbed the pot of Ramen and followed me into the dining room. The pot of Ramen, which had now stopped smoking, was steaming hot, and it fogged up the windows.

"Just how long did you cook it for?" I asked.

"Twenty minutes," InuYasha replied.

"Man, it's supposed to only cooked for 5 minutes at the most," I said as I slapped my head. "I'll go cook the Ramen this time. That is, if there's any left," I said as I walked into the kitchen. I looked through the cupbords looking for ramen, and despite what I had thought, there were two packs of the Chicken left. I grabbed them, and set them on the counter by the stove. I walked back into the dining room and grabbed the pot off of the table.

"Such a shame to waste this Ramen. Somebody had to cook it longer," I said in a jokingly voice.

"Not funny! I love Ramen too," InuYasha said. "Wait, exactly why can't we eat it? I mean, it's Ramen! You can eat uncooked Ramen!"

"We can't eat it because it's hard as a rock. And you can eat uncooked Ramen, but you're not supposed to. Just like you can eat cookie dough, but it's un healthy," I said as a hit the ramen.

"Well, can't you feed it to Benji?" InuYasha asked me, as he petted Benji's head.

"What if Benji throws it up? Who will have to clean up the digested ramen? I will," I said, sternly. Benji walked over and sniffed my leg. It almost seemed like he wanted the ramen. He stood up and started almost dancing. I turned and looked at InuYasha.

"Look! He wants the Ramen! Give him the ramen!" he said.

"Fine. Benji, here you go, you can have the ramen," I said as I walked into the kitchen,"but if he throws it up, you can clean it up. I grabbed Benji's food bowl and walked back into the dining room. I got the Ramen out of the pan and into Benji's bowl. He walked over and started eating it faster than he did his own dog food. I walked back into the kitchen and put the pan in the sink. I turned the spicket on and let the water run in the pan. Once the pan was clean and free of all the other ramen resadue, I set it on the counter. I opened up the packs of Ramen and dumped them each into the pot of water. I started stirring it, and walked out of the room for a second to get a glimpse of the time. It was 12:00 now, and Jade would be out of school in 2 hours. Oh well, he can always order out or something. I walked back into the kitchen, and finished the Ramen.

I picked up the pot and carried it back into the dining room. I set it down on the table.

"I cooked it right, but it's hot," I said.

"Hot Ramen is the best!" InuYasha said as he took about three-fourths of the ramen and plopped it in his bowl. He started twirling the Ramen around his fork, and shoved about half of his bowl into his mouth. I didn't really love Ramen, but since it was pratically my mom ever bought, I got used to it. I sat there and it, spoonful by spoonful.

By the time we had both finished the Ramen, cleaned up the kitchen, and mopped the kitchen floor because Benji threw up all over it, it was time for Jade. The floor wasn't completly dry, and InuYasha spilt wax all over, so it was really slippery. I was standing there, and I couldn't move because of it being so slippery, and neither could InuYasha.

"So, since neither one of us can move without falling, how are we going to dry the floor?" I asked InuYasha.

"Maybe you could climb onto the counter, and get some paper towls?" InuYasha replied.

"How would you like me to get there? I'm stuck in the middle of the floor, and you're stuck behind the door. You just better hope Jade doesn't get home before we can get the floor dry," I said, as I sat down. The spot where I was standing was dry, and the spot where InuYasha was standing was dry.

"I've got an idea!" InuYasha said, "I can slide on my back to the closet, and then get a towel, and come back, and dry the floor!"

"Ok, then, why don't you?" I replied.

"I have no idea where the closet is..." he said, a bit ashamed of himself.

"It's in the hall. It's the door-" I was cut off. The doorknob turned, and the door flung open. The door hit InuYasha in the face, causing him to fall down.

"Hey g-" Jade started to say before he fell down, flat on his back. "What the heck? Why is the floor so wet and slippery?" Jade exclaimed.

"Well, InuYasha was cooking Ramen, and then it caught fire, so I put it out. And then we weren't gonna waste the Ramen, and I fed it to Benji, and then he ended up throwing it up. So we mopped the floor, but InuYasha accidentallly knocked over a a bottle of wax and that made the floor all slippery," I explained.

"Yeah, and neither one of us can move to go get a towel or something to dry it off with, and I just happened to be stuck here, behind the door," InuYasha said as he sat up and regained his consciousness.

"Ok, well since I already fell once, I'll go," Jade said, as he struggled to stand. He somehow managed to get halfway without falling, but the rest was totally different. He fell on his side, on his stomach, and on his back several times before reaching the dining room.

"See, I told you I could make it," Jade said as he paused to catch his breath.

"Can you just go get the towel? We've been standing here, for what, an hour?" I said.

"Yeah, I suppose being stuck in the middle of a floor for an hour is enough torture," Jade said as he started to walk away. "At least, for now..." he mumbled.

What is up with Jade? Why is he acting so different? Is it even the REAL him?
