With days before the dance, a new invention is brought at Beacon. While some look at this chance with skepticism and others with eagerness, some are left surprised by the results. What happens afterwards is up for everyone to decide on their own. My take on some power levels in RWBY. One Shot.

Yang Branwen is a 17 year old girl who has lived with her mother, Raven, all her life. Until Raven dies while on a mission given to her by Salem and the Order of Grimm. Now, Yang leaves her team and the life she has known to find her father who lives in Vale. Little does she know that her father works for the alliance meant to bring Salem down, and that she's meant to join.

"It's time to wake up and face reality."

It turns out that immortality isn't all that it's cracked up to be, leading to a pretty rocky start for one Jaune Arc. Jaune sees a curse. Everyone else sees potential. Jaune just hoped that he'd stop having to see his insides by the time this was all over. Bits of gore. Ye be warned!

This is the backstory of my OC Creed Scarletina. Starting with her early life, though I may go further.

"Weiss, I know this isn't fair to you. If it were up to me, I'd laugh in Jacques' face and enroll you in Atlas Academy. Or adopt you. Because you deserve to get out from under your father's thumb." Weiss and Ironwood find themselves discussing an uncomfortable future after Jacques Schnee threatens to withhold SDC resources from the military.
