Kelsey is a 113 year old Human/Time Lord that can't regenerate and she's The Doctor and River's daughter. She is whisked away through time and space in different points in The Doctor's life and doesn't know what causes this. She keeps screwing up the timeline of her parents which makes a huge paradox, leaving Kelsey to choose what fate occurs.
