After searching for her husband far and wide and meeting a few old friends along the way, River finally finds the Doctor. But he's bruised and broken, darker than she's ever seen him. Despite her own grief, she gives him the hope he needs to continue, laying the foundation for the new friend she knows will change him forever. Post-The Great Detective minisode, pre-Christmas Ep.

Rose is the woman who keeps popping up in Donna's life. Always a constant. Now Donna must face her fate that Rose says she has. This destiny that she must die to save the world that they both know.
