Hey I'm back again from my hiatus it was a lot longer than I would have liked, but I was sorting some serious personal issues out. I haven't written in a while and this is just some thing to get back in the right mind set again so please be nice.
The story could be any couple you want it to be. Warning lots of angst and fluff ahead!
She glided across the room with no effort at all. In his eyes she was a golden goddess. She was something to be put up on a pedestal and worshiped. She glared at him and he blushed realizing that he had been caught staring though he couldn't see how it was wrong to stare at something that was that beautiful. She was the one thing he wanted and the one thing that in his mind he could never have.
He had watched from afar for so long. He put up a front to keep his emotions hidden. He tried to tell her how much he loved her. That he needed her to be complete himself. She was the only thing that mattered to him. He would be lost without her. If only he could tell her.
He was staring at her again. She could feel his eyes on her from across the room and had to fight to put a look of displeasure across her features before she could look at him. God, he was blushing now. Somehow it only served to make him look better to her. Of course there was the question of why he was staring a her in the first place. He couldn't have been staring because he thought she was pretty or some nonsense like that.
She only wanted to be left alone to wallow in her self pity. To allow herself to just let her emotions take control and give up the role of the eternal do-gooder.. She wanted to give all those that had hurt her a piece of her mind, but he stopped her from letting down her front. He was the reason that she could make it through the day. If only she could tell him.
The others watched them deny the emotions that they had for one another. Watched as they kept the other away with cruelty and scorn. Watched helplessly as they were torn apart by their emotions, but neither could see that one only had eyes for the other. Their denial would be their undoing and none of the others wanted to see their teammates hurt. So they began to try to get one to see just how much the other wanted them.
In the end none of it worked. It was ironic how they became a couple. She had slipped and almost fallen down the stairs, he was there to catch her. He wasn't thinking of anything except her safety when he caught her, but staring into her eyes he did the only thing he could think of. Her eyes widened when he kissed her. She was shocked, but she kissed back all the same.
It was silly to think of it now. That time two years ago when they couldn't look at each other without blushing. Now they were standing together in front of their friends and family showing their love for one another.
His heart beat faster as those two words slipped from her lips. "I do."
Her eyes widened as he picked her up to carry her to the waiting car. When he set her down he thought to him self that his goddess look just as beautiful in white as in anything else.
