Far away in Romania, chipped FREAKS are running about causing chaos and fear. A new unknown human is remaking chips in this area, for a stronger, faster, shape shifting vampire like an imitation of the true undead. Alucard, the servant of the Hellsing Organization, has been given orders to search and destroy all FREAKS and to find their maker.
