Valentine's Day

Trish Stratus held his picture, the picture of the man she loves, the picture of Chris Jericho.

"I miss him, Stace" Trish said……"I god damned miss him"

"What'cha gonna do? You let him go.." Stacy answered

" I…I know but god I miss him…" Trish recoiled

Chris walked thru the hallways of the WWE arena, looking for a special someone.

"I…I'm probably not gonna see her….it's 4 pm….she always comes in by 6 " he said

By some stroke of luck, he saw her sitting on one of the benches in the arena.

She was looking at a picture.

He recognized the frame….He remembered a few years back, when they were still together, that she placed that picture of them in that frame.

"No way, she probably changed that picture" he said

He walked closer to her. He nervously licked his lips..

"This seat taken?" he asked

"Chris! Wha…what are you doing here?"

She quickly hid the frame away from him..

" Whatever happened to Happy Valentine's Day?" he answered

"Oh…Happy valentine's day, Chris" she said

"So..." he nervously said.." Whose your date?"

She looked at him.

She saw the hopeful glint in his eyes

"To be honest Chrissy, I don't have one."

"Oh..you have got to be kidding me…a pretty girl like you doesn't have a date" Chris said.

She blushed, smiled and said to him "Well I don't have one. How about you?"

He chuckled "I don't have one neither"

They both laughed at his comment

"Well I guess we're both lonely this Valentine's" Trish said

"I'm not……….As long as I'm talking and thinking about you"

She took out the picture frame…..

He looked at the picture and was shocked to see the picture of both of them

"Why do you still have that picture?" He asked

She nervously said "I miss you"

Tears welled up in his eyes

He immediately wrapped his arms around her

"God I miss you too"

Trish sighed, feeling the warmth this man brought her

Tears were streaming down his cheeks…

He then looked into her eyes

"Hey, stop crying" He smiled at her

She smiled back…

" I guess I now have a date." She said

"Yeah well, I do too………..ME!" He laughed

"You wanna have coffee?" He asked

"Yeah sure…but Chris, sweetie, can you be the one to bring it here?" she asked

"Of course, see you later"

He kissed her on the forehead

After the door closed she smiled to herself thinking of THEM………….
