You try to walk through the indrawn crowd, trying to find the exit to this whole disastrous mess, but instead you find your misleading body in the middle of a carnival, kids running and helpless screams are being heard everywhere around you, and you feel as if this, this right here is your life.
You walk more quickly, as in attempt to get away from your life, the screaming mess of dips and loops that are shown in front of your dilated eyes.
And you run into his shape of being and you find yourself staring, just, staring. You start running now, and your feet start going in different directions, one this way and the other that way, and your hands are reaching, reaching for something other than just the blind air in front of you, but all you reach is his body, your fists pounding on his outdrawn chest.
And you open your eyes.
"Meredith, Meredith, Meredith. Meredith," you can hear him saying your name over and over and over again, and you wonder why he would be saying your name when he has a freaking wife.
"Derek," you repeat his name as you try and fix your eyes on his organic structure placed up right in front of you.
And as you run and plunge into his arms, his arm wrapping around your waist and his hand caressing your cheek, you know that nothing could stop you from just loving him, plain as that.
And you turn on your heel and walk away from him, back into your own life of dips and loops of curves and winding roads, but not before you look him straight in the eye and put your heart in his hands.
Then, you plunge right back into the twists.

Totally pointless? Confusing?
