I'm a bum...livin at home with no money spending my days wallowing in my miseary whilst writing fanfictions. Which makes me wonder if the actual author writes fanfictions. But then my pychotic imaginary friend slaps me and says 'Of course not! why would someone who owned the show write an alternate universe type thing about thier own story?
Seriously...I don't own.
"The one I love has a lover and the one you love is dead. Let's go for it."
Risa looked up from her desk, widened eyed with shock at what she just heard. What startled her more was who she heard it from.
Satoshi Hiwatari was standing in front of her with a playful smirk on his face, which was becoming more and more noticeable by everyone as the weeks passed.
It had been almost two months since Dark had disappeared. For some strange reason, Risa didn't feel as sad as she thought she would be. Maybe I didn't love him as I thought that I did…Maybe I loved him because he was the allusive thief…or…something…I don't know…But when I saw him that one last time…I knew that what I felt for him wasn't love…but it doesn't matter now… "What did you just say?" she spoke the last part a little more frantic and high pitched than she had planned on.
"I said that the one I love has a lover, and the one that you love is dead, meaning that both I and you Harada-san do not have anyone. I was just proposing that we should maybe go out to a movie or to a museum together one time… It was just an offer…I you don't want to take up on it, I understand." He turned to walk away.
She bowed her head. Hiwatari-kun certainly has a suave way of putting things…I have to give that to him. But what did he mean by him saying that 'his love has a lover?' does that really matter? WAIT? Did he ask me out! Her face became flushed. Well…Hiwatari-kun IS good looking… and he IS smart…and his eyes are to die for… "HIWATARI-KUN!" she snapped her head, only to see that he had turned back around and had but his elbow on the desk and had put his head only inches from where, she figured, he knew exactly where she would raise her head. "AH!" his piercing blue eyes caught her off guard.
"Sorry if I startled you."
That's the understatement of the year! "It's fine. But listen…" it was hard for her to talk to someone other than Riku when they were mere inches from her face. Especially if they had as beautiful eyes as he did. How come I had never noticed his eyes before? They almost are the same color of his hair. Which looks ever so soft. I just want to… She had the sudden urge to reach up and touch one of the soft locks.
"Yes?"
His voice snapped her out of her thoughts. "Huh? Oh right. I'll take you up on your offer! You and me at the…"
"Museum on Sunday at two?"
"Yea."
He smirked. That annoying smirk! Why doesn't he ever smile?
"On one condition Hiwatari-kun."
"Huh?" he looked surprised.
"Why is it that you never truly smile?"
"Well you'll just have to figure that out on Sunday won't you?"
"I'll get you to smile too! I guarantee it!"
"I look forward to it." And gave what looked like an 'almost-smile.'
