Ehehehehehehehehehehe...
Don't flame, but I had an idea one day: what would happen if Vlad had made a clone of himself, just in case something ever happened to him and he was somehow not a ghost, using some form of ghost technology? Then he decided to keep his clone in a container filled with liquid where the clone would not wake until he was ready to awaken it. But something went wrong...
This story is in the POV of the clone.

"Wake up. Wake up!"
Those were the first words I ever heard. They were kind of muffled, though, as if I was hearing them through something. I tried to open my eyes, but they were weighted down by something. I tried to swat away whatever was annoying me, but it was out of my reach. My arm moved slowly as I tried to do so, though.
"Oh, of course. You're in a container of water. You can't wake up until you're outside."
It was a man's voice, I knew that much. He sounded sort of proper, but not overly proper. And he sounded... familiar. As if I'd heard him before.
Which is pretty much impossible, if you think about it. 'Cause those were the first words I'd ever heard.
Suddenly, I was pulled through something and I wasn't in water anymore. I coughed violently and opened my eyes.
I was in some sort of lab. It was very high-tech and shiny. I blinked once or twice to get rid of the glare.
"So you are awake. Such a clever girl. You follow your father's orders so well," the voice said again. I turned and saw that it came from a man with white hair in a ponytail, grey eyes, and he was wearing a black business suit.
I'm a girl? He's my father? Who is he? I thought to myself. Wait a second...who am I?
"You are obviously confused. My name is Vlad Masters, and you are Sadie Masters, my clone," the man who claimed to be my father said.
"W-where am I? And what do you mean 'clone'?" I asked him.
"You are in my lab. Fourteen years ago, I was testing to see if I could clone myself so that my clone could finish what I did if anything ever happened to me. As a result, I created you," Vlad replied. "I inserted my knowledge into you continually, so you know everything I've ever done."
"Owww..." I said, my head throbbing from a sudden headache. Vlad was right. If I wanted to, I could pick off an exact detail of what happened when he was two and half months old. The most recent memory of his that I had was right before I was awakened. There was a large portion of his memories, however, that I could not reach. I had a feeling that they would be "unlocked" later on.
I closed my eyes and focused on the most recent memory. He was standing in front of the container that had held me. I saw I was wearing a jumpsuit, or that's what he called it in the memory. I looked closer at myself in the memory. I saw that I had black hair that went past my feet, pale skin, and (though I didn't see it directly in the memory) grey eyes like his.
I opened my eyes. "Why am I wearing a...a jumpsuit?" I asked him.
"That was to protect you if the water ever got too cold or too hot," he replied. There was a tone in his voice, though, that made me think otherwise.
"Well, okay," I replied.
"Now, let's get you some decent, modern clothes and a haircut," Vlad said. I nodded and followed him out of the lab.

When I said "But something went wrong..." I mean that one) She's a girl and two) you'll find out.
Okay, two is actually two reasons, but they'll both happen later. I won't continue this without at least five reviews per chapter!
