Received new patient today named Uchiha Sasuke. Facility is close to full but made special request as name and details in file match v. closely with Uzumaki. Suspect he may be the 'Sasuke-dobe' referred to by Uzumaki. Unsure why Uzumaki refers to Uchiha by last name.
Uchiha has interesting history. Attempted to spork out eye of previous psychiatrist. Almost succeeded. Now heavily medicated. Unlike Uzumaki medications take effect. Am unsure why.
Am curious to see interactions between the two. Uchiha arrives tomorrow but Uzumaki does not know yet. Want to get profile on Uchiha before he finds out. Not many details in Uchiha file. Spoke under medication only; names correspond to Uzumaki. Would like to find out if other details correspond as well and how closely.
V. interesting that my theory about Uzumaki sucking others into his delusion may be true. Will try to find out if it was originally Uzumaki's delusion or other.

Uchiha came today. Will begin decreasing medication; no use if he cannot even function. Matches description given of Uzumaki but for clothes. Found a fan with odd colors drawn in marker on back of Uchiha's hand, as well as strange tattoo on neck. Must make note to ask Uchiha.
Am not worried about eye being sporked out; Uchiha will remain in strait-jacket and medicated to prevent another incident.
Uzumaki seemed agitated? Asked about Uchiha during daily session. Did not tell. Suspect he may have seen Uchiha being transferred.
Also: strange abundance of v. v. large frogs in facility today.

Uzumaki broke into Uchiha's room. Guards entered to see him hitting Uchiha and yelling at him. Uchiha was of course immobile from drugs and did not respond. Uchiha will have several bruises from the encounter; still planning to decrease medicine. Estimate he will be able to function again in one week.
Must increase dosage for Uzumaki again. Still v. ineffective, although he takes almost elephant-sized dosage. Perhaps look into blood test now before Uchiha?
Guards saw frogs outside Uchiha's room before Uzumaki broke in. Am unsure how Uzumaki left room; suspect door may have not closed entirely as it appeared forced open. Guard noted many foot scuffs on floor in front - multiple attempts?
Could not find accurate account of what Uzumaki said to Uchiha. Evidently something regarding 'Chi' or 'Dori' and a hospital. Suspect they were hospitalized together at some point. Could they have met there? Will try to make timeline w/ Uzumaki's help.
Uzumaki was v. sullen during session and would not talk about Uchiha. Will ask again later.
11/14
Uchiha is showing signs of progress. Less drooling. Suspect initial estimate as when he will regain function was accurate. Requested basic physical as much as possible without patient being conscious. Results arrived today.
Uchiha shows signs of intense physical activity; very heavily callused hands with some little cuts. Also strange burn scars on inside of cheeks, v. minor but also v. unusual. V. high muscle to mass ratio. Seems to be built for speed as well, v. long, lean muscles. Uzumaki is healthier, despite ramen diet, however both are healthier then most patients. No signs of self-inflicted wounds.
Suspect it will be difficult to draw further conclusions before Uchiha awakes.

Decrease in medication was successful. Was in room when Uchiha awoke. Noticed slight stiffening; did not open eyes for nearly a minute after initial shift. Sat up very slowly. Suspect he has had prior experience with medication; used body very carefully to adjust for stiffness.
At first would not cooperate as far as speaking was concerned. Suggested compromise; I asked a question and he answered, then he could ask one of me and so forth. He grunted, which I took for yes.
I asked where he was from (Konoha), how he knew Uzumaki (would not answer, grunted), if the name Sakura was familiar (would not answer again), if he knew why he was here (still would not answer).
He asked where he was; told him it was a facility to help people adjust. Since he did not answer any of my other questions, did not permit him to ask others.
Have decided to permit Uzumaki to visit; hope it will convince Uchiha to speak more. Also will no longer conduct sessions in Uchiha's room but office; hope the change in environment will encourage him to be more open.
Will also permit strait-jacket to be removed in order to hopefully build trust. Will replace if necessary.
11/20
Uzumaki visited today. Observed from doorway. Both spoke quietly, although occasionally Uzumaki would speak louder; could not understand all of what was said.
Heard something regarding a hospital, and a challenge as well as Sakura; both were defensive during that conversation.
Asked Uzumaki about Uchiha as I took him back to his room. Uzumaki said that Sasuke 'was an idiot' and that he 'would be fine without him.' Suspect he was, in fact, glad to see the other boy.

Brought Uchiha to room for proper talk today. Again was quiet and replied to most prompts with grunts.
Two questions got interesting responses. Mark on neck has connection to something called 'Orochimaru' and fan is v. touchy subject, as Uchiha closed up and glared more than usual.
Interesting occurrence; at one point looked up to see a large frog inside room. Interesting as had thought door was closed. Uchiha turned as well, and took pencil off desk. Flicked wrist; pencil was embedded solidly in wall much less than half-inch above frog's head. Frog hopped off.
Where did Uchiha get such skills? When asked, replied 'training' but would not say more.
If, as suspected, he and Uzumaki have been involved in delusion for years, they would have had to do some training to become ninjas, as they call themselves. Am surprised that such would have made him so proficient. Will try to determine more about location.
Did search for Konoha- no such place exists in record. Also tried alternate spellings; Kunoha, Konuha, Konha, Knoha, Kunuha. One produced product label, but no places, hospitals or cities. Must try to find out where name came from.

Offered Uchiha new compromise, as question one did not interest him. Said if he would answer questions, would decrease medicine; not all the way, as having my eye sporked does not interest me, but enough to increase his mobility and speech capability.
Uchiha scowled but agreed.
Learned that Uchiha has known Uzumaki for 8 years. Refers to him as 'dead-last' for reasons I do not know. Spoke of 'Rasengan' which Uzumaki called his trick with the ball. Mentioned the 'Kakashi-sensei' Uzumaki did.
Details of world match up v. closely with room for individual variation; clearly also rooted firmly in delusion.
11/26
Uchiha has regained most of his motor functions although moves v. slowly. Permitted him to go outside with other children and observed.
V. interesting; unlike Uzumaki who sought others out, Uchiha went to corner and brooded. Would interact only with Uzumaki and spent much time examining walls and windows. Suspect he may be thinking of escape.
Was v. aware of my presence; glanced at me often and scowled. Suspect Uchiha dislikes me.
Minor physical fight with Uzumaki; Uzumaki tackled and began to hit. Uchiha got him into wrestling hold; Uzumaki squirmed out and kept trying. Guards broke it up.
Uchiha's nose was bleeding and Uzumaki was bruised.

V. interesting! At time of fight, camera in kitchen recorded orange blur at silverware drawer. Three knives are missing. Could not have been Uzumaki as he was v. busy at the time but no other patients wear orange. Have searched Uchiha and Uzumaki but found nothing.
Was also frog found at door during that time, and cook recalls seeing frog outside of kitchen before fight as well.
Have not been able to locate source of frogs; all have looked but there does not seem to be a frog colony anywhere. Exterminator will come in two weeks.
Uzumaki's bruises are gone; suspect they may not have been as bad as they looked.
Uchiha's nose is swollen and looks sensitive. He did not comment; am not surprised.
11/30
Have made further conclusions based on Uchiha. Believe that Uzumaki and Uchiha must have had different precipitating events that led them to delusion. Uchiha displays signs of emotional abuse but of a different sort than Uzumaki; is subtle, but he is angry about family whereas Uzumaki is falsely cheerful.
Is possible that it is two polarized reactions to same event but do not believe so. Will continue observations.

Suspect Uchiha and Uzumaki have had major falling out. Fought twice during break. Uzumaki this time would not let go; fought off three guards to return to Uchiha and keep hitting. Was not present but have talked to two other patients about fight. One described Uzumaki as 'animal-like,' the other as 'scary.'
Both were sentenced to a day in solitary for infraction. Am disappointed as will have to wait to discover cause of fight, but understand need for punishments to reinforce rule, especially as is second infraction.
Still do not know what happened to knives. Cook is v. worried.

Uchiha would not speak at all and especially not about fight. Was sullen and silent; regressed back to pre-deal stages. Will give him some time before talking about increasing medication again; would rather not threaten, but do need him to cooperate.
Cannot help him otherwise.
Uzumaki seemed v. affected by solitude, more than Uchiha. Clearly did not like being alone and was v. willing to talk after.
However, talk was not helpful. Spoke excessively about stupidity of Uchiha; comments regarding 'Sakura-chan' led me to believe that the fight was about her. Have decided to try and look for records of a Haruno Sakura in a similar place as both appear v. attached to her.

Uchiha cooperated angrily after threat. Am now slightly worried; made sure to clear desk of pencils and other sharp objects before allowing him in office.
Fight was about Sakura and her location. Uzumaki thinks Uchiha abandoned her but Uchiha insists he did not. Cannot discern why both boys refer to someone they are so close to by her last name but have not asked.

Am displeased with Uchiha's status. Feel he has not made any sort of progress towards returning to reality and has become more extroverted. He and Uzumaki will still not speak to one another.
Uzumaki at least is easier to deal with if equally stubborn regarding delusions.
Am v. annoyed with Uchiha.
