Hello, my first non-humor fic. Now this isn't very good and it's an odd pairing but stick with me. If you don't like it tell me how I can make it better.
I guess if you had to put it in the plot line say around volume 12 (Too lazy to check) when all hell breaks loose have it so that Rath wasn't revived. That way it's like Rath's talking from beyond the grave.

Thatz POV
I'm such a fool…
Falling in love with a taken woman.
I mean, it was obvious that she loved Rath.
He's such a fool.
Who knows what that stupid water did to him, but if it were me I would've done anything possible to come back to her…
Cesia…ah just saying her name makes me want to sing.
I have to tell her; no I need to tell her how I feel.
What if she rejects me?
I can't do this…
I guess I can do this I just need to take a deep breath and let it all out...
"Hey, Cesia!" I called out. Very good, very nonchalant.
"Thatz?" She looked surprised.
I wonder why…and then everything went black…
Cesia POV
"Thatz?" I asked, I was surprised, what does he need?
I saw a funny look on his face…
"Thatz, are you alright?" Now I was worried. What could be wrong?
"Cesia…" he sounded odd, not like the normal Thatz.
"Y-yes…" I replied shakily. "My name is Cesia"
Suddenly I found myself in a large hug.
"Cesia…" I heard him say again, and then I knew…
It was Rath…
"Rath?" I asked, hoping, praying that it was…
"Yeah Cesia?" My heart skipped a beat.
It was him, nothing else mattered. All I knew was Rath.
"Oh Rath!" I found myself crying.
Why am I crying? I should be happy now. "Huh?"
I felt my chin being raised up and I looked Rath in the eye. "Don't cry" he told me sternly.
"I'm so afraid, what's going to happen to us?" I was blinking back the tears now.
"What are we going to do?"
I felt a jerk pulling me upright and the next thing I knew his lips were on mine.
His beautiful, beautiful lips...
I found myself eagerly kissing him back, hoping that the kiss would never end.
Of course, things don't always work out the way you want and eventually he pulled away.
"I love you Cesia"
"I love you too Rath"
"Never forget how much I love you Cesia."
"Rath! Don't leave me! We can stay together can't we?" My tears were now bitter with sadness.
Rath just shook his head softly at me and closed his eyes.
I fell to the ground. "No…" I sobbed. "You can't leave me, you just can't…"
"Cesia?" And then he was gone…
Thatz POV
I looked around; everything seemed the same except that Cesia was crying on the floor.
"Cesia?" I asked.
"Thatz?" was the muffled reply.
"What's wrong?" Something had happened, how I missed it, I don't know.
"Oh Thatz!" She cried grabbing my shoulder.
"Why couldn't you have let him stay a little longer?"
What was she talking about? "What do you mean?" I was trying to sound calm when I was secretly ecstatic about being this close to Cesia.
"Rath…"
Of course, it all came down to Rath… "Huh?"
"Rath took over your body somehow, and…and we talked…"
"Did he do anything that I should know about?" Please don't say he kissed you…
Oh please don't say he kissed you…
"He told me that he loved me…and he kissed me" Cesia blushed as she told me.
She then stood up and ran down the hall to tell Lykouleon that Rath was all right.
Damn it! Why is it that everything good always happens to Rath?
He couldn't have even let me be aware that my one dream had come true.
My dream to kiss Cesia…I slammed my fist against the wall
I'm such a fool…
Well…what do you think? Come on, tell me…reviews please. I don't want this story to be as sad as Just Happy with few hits and zero reviews... Don't ask where the pairing came from, I'm not quite sure...
