Summery:

Summary: This is a poem inspired by Holden Caulfield, who I love.

Holden's Aspiration

I found a field of children playing

It was golden in the sun.

The sky was spangled with night and day

at the same time.

Dusk settled in the atmosphere

A Frisbee soared through the yellow sky.

In the grass the wood sprites sprinted

and dodged the playful feet

of the innocent boys and girls.

In a giant hoop hands are held

they prance and sing in a benevolent circle

and personify purity

Than they all fall down.

Shrieks and giggles escape from their lips,

than they get up to play again.

A gray-haired boy looks on

and shields them from harsh reality

and catches them when they fall.
