1) Hazel Eyes

Utena walked along a cold passage way. She did not know why she was following it, only that something was pulling her along it. She stopped. Everything had gone pitch black. She looked around trying to see through the darkness. She started running. The pull of the force that surrounded her was getting more intense by the moment. Every step she took she felt as if she was getting closer to…to what? she thought. Before she knew what was happening, she was falling through nothingness. What's happening to me? Where am I? she thought frantically.

Suddenly she hit something hard. She lay there, motionless. Lights came on behind her and she struggled to get up. "Huh?" She looked over and saw a girl suspended in midair by what looked like ropes. Utena stood up and walked over to her. "Erm…hello?" Utena said uncertain if the girl could here her. Utena looked closely at what was holding the girl there and realised that it was not ropes at all, but swords. Utena gasped out loud and the girl looked down at her. Utena stared at her. Those eyes, those hazel eyes. They looked so familiar. Why could she never remember this dream except when she was having it? Why could she never remember it when she woke up?

The girl with the hazel eyes smiled at her. "Do not worry about me Miss Utena." The girl said softly. Utena gasped again.

"Anthy?" she asked to both herself and the girl. The girl, Anthy, smiled at her in reply. In the back of Utena's mind she could feel someone calling to her. She could not leave Anthy to suffer this fate. Utena tried to push the voice back out of her mind but the voice was getting louder.

"Miss Utena, it's time to get up for school." She heard Anthy saying. Utena opened her eyes and saw Anthy standing over her. "Good morning Miss Utena. It's a lovely day today." Utena looked into Anthy's hazel eyes and something, very distant in the back of her memory tried to tell her something. But Utena was too tired to notice it.

"Good morning Anthy." She said brightly and got out of bed. "Morning Chu-chu." She said to the little pet mouse of Anthy's. Utena looked out of the window in there bedroom. "It certainly is a lovely day." Utena said as Anthy put her arms around Utena.

"It certainly is Miss Utena." Anthy said and smiled.
