Times Hero
Ryu-Of-Darkness
No one knew what a hero he could be,
Only he knew of his foreseen destiny,
Through forest and fire and water and even time,
The young warrior, though fierce, was a soul benign.
The flow of time his destiny wrought,
And through trial and error he was taught.
A haunted forest, a tormented soul,
And an evil phantom that the darkness stole,
Navigating the forest, freeing the soul,
And then vanquishing the phantom that the darkness stole.
The hero freed the shadow from it's chain,
The help of a forest spirit he did attain.
On to a mountain of fire our young hero went,
Where the mountain's people were nearly spent,
Then the dragon he vanquished, as they say,
And now the mountain's people may do what the may.
Next, he went,
To a parched lake,
And spent,
Spent half a week,
Slaying a monster in its keep.
A water's goddess he saved,
Conquering evil before his strength caved.
And in the darkest places,
Where he met the foulest faces,
Where most was unclear,
He was prone to deep fear.
To clear the clouds and see through the fog,
The truth seeing eye could cut through the smog,
Showing what was not to be seen,
Was the eye's goal most keen.
And after, through scorching seas of sand he trod,
To find an oasis most flawed,
From childhood to age of teens,
He freed the desert in astounding means.
This is the story's end,
After obstacle and task his path does bend,
Now his final challenge comes,
To fight his nemesis, king of the slums.
But off on another adventure he will go,
A devious masquerade it will prove to show,
Good luck hero in your task,
I hope you find your final maskā¦
