Do you see that girl over there? The one with the midnight-black hair and the dark blue eyes?
Well that's me three years ago. My name is Austin Fenton, or at least it was. The name I go by now is Zoey Masters, but I'll tell you why it's changed in a minute. Anyway, the boy that's sitting next to me is my brother, Danny Fenton. The two kids in front of us are our best friends Sam Manson and Tucker Foely.
Life was good back then…good enough for me anyway.
But that girl over there, the one with the ice blue hair and dark blue eyes? The one shielding her face with a black cloak? That's me now…Zoey Masters or ice as everyone calls me.
The reason I don't go by Austin Fenton anymore, is because I'm not that person anymore. I'm not that kind, caring sister. Or a best friend to anyone.
I've not only changed my name, I've changed who I am. You see, I'm a halfa, or a human with ghost powers.
Technically, it's illogical. But I'm not lying to you. My brother Danny Fenton is also a halfa…
…And so is my master. My master is Vlad Masters…ironic, isn't it?
I have been his apprentice for these last three years. I have served his every command. Weather its stealing money from a bank or scrubbing the floors, I do it. If I don't, I get punished, trust me, I know, I learned the hard way.
But me and Danny used our powers for good to protect our town of Amity Park from menace ghosts. But as I said earlier, I've changed. I am no longer part of the fight against evil…I'm leading evil.
Some days, I'll sit and think if I miss being on the hero side, but for some reason, after a year of being a hero for a year with my brother, I don't miss it.
Evil for me is like a vine. No matter how many times I try and cut it away, it grows back, and even stronger than before.
But if you still ask why I don't go by Austin instead of Zoey…you'll find out.
But this story will not start at three years ago. It will start now, the present time, three years later…where I am at my peak of evil.

So what do you think? A bit confusing, I know. But just so everybody knows, Austin is Danny's twin sister. Weird name for a girl, but weird is good sometimes.
