A/N: This is my first fanfiction, so please tell me what you think. No Flames though, just constructive criticism. Thanks!

Disclaimer: I don't own Twilight. That's Stephenie Meyer's.

What do you do when your world falls apart? When the one who you love is gone? When all of your dreams come falling down? That's what happened to me, the day that he left.

Flashback:

"Edward! This is a hopeless game! You know that I'll never win!" I shouted… at nothing. I heard something come up from behind me so I turned around. It playfully pounced on me, making me fall into a bush.

He looked at me in the eye. "You're it." He said. Faster than a bullet, he got up and started running.

I got up from out of the bush. I could hear someone behind me. Thinking it was Edward I turned around. Nothing was there. "Edward!" I shouted again. "This isn't funny!"

"Silly Bella! What are you yelling at? I'm right behind you love." He whispered into my ear.

"There is something over there." I stated.

"Bella, Bella, Bella. If there were something over there, then I would have known." He walked over to where it was that I was pointing and looked around in the bushes to find a digital camera and a nice DVD recorder. He picked them up and watched the movie, (which showed his running and him sparkling in the sun) and looked at the pictures. (More pictures of running and sparkling in the sun.) He looked back to the first picture where the pictures took place at First Beach and had Billy, Jacob, Rachael, Rebecca and their husbands.

He gently walked over to me, the devices in his hands. "I have to take you home now Bella." He said. He picked me up, put me on his back and ran to my house telling me that he would be there later.

Only later did I find out that they were moving far from Forks, Washington, even farther away from me.

End Flashback.

So now we have it. I'm all alone and I'm dead. Well not really dead. If I were, that would mean that I would spend the rest of eternity with my beautiful Edward. But no, I'm just mentally dead. I don't talk much anymore, I don't read as more, everything reminds me of Edward; the vampire that I had loved, the vampire who had left me.
