The Ring

Kagome sighed. 'Boy, am I tired,' she thought. Just the night before she had been up all night studying for her semester exams. She had to learn about a months worth of work in
two days. She slowed her pace down as she drew nearer to the Highurashi (s/p) shrine. She knew Inuyasha would be there looking for her but she really didn't want to see him. At
least not today. Just before she came home they had gotten into another argument about Koga.
Flashback
Inuyasha ran faster at the smell of Koga. He could smell that Koga was hurt. 'perfect time to kick his ass', he thought. They ran into the clearing and Kagome jumped off of
Inuyasha's back immediately running over to Koga. She could no longer since the Sacred Jewel shards that were once in his legs. "What happened," she asked. Koga explained
what had happened between him and Naraku and then how it ended up with him hurt and Naraku having the 2 shards. Inuyasha pulled out his Tetsusaiga, "Perfect opportunity for
me to finally kick your ass." He brought the sword down in front of him positioning it for the Wind Scar. "Bring it on, Flea Bag," Koga yelled standing up and using Kagome as a
crutch. Kagome turned around to face Inuyasha. "No one is fighting, especially when Koga is hurt." Inuyasha growled and put Tetsusiaga back in it's sheath, "Oh, so you're still
sticking up for the love of your life" Kagome's face flushed with anger. As she helped Koga on Kilala's back to go back to his cave. "Sango, Miroku," she said, "Will you help him
back to his cave, I'm not going to take this from him." They both nodded afraid of what she would do next since she hadn't gone off on Inuyasha yet. She started to walk away,
"Oh Inuyasha, SIT!" Inuyasha crashed into the ground yelling every cuss word he could think of after spitting out a handfull of dirt.
Back to Reality
Kagome frowned, 'How could he still think I love Koga. That ass.' Her mind transferred to what would happen after the jewel was completed. After all, there were still 2 shards
left. The one in Kohaku's back and one that they hadn't found yet. (A/N ok I know whats going on in the anime. I have been watching it but this was written before then and im
too lazy to change it.) She still worried what Inuyasha would do when they got the jewel back. She knew what she wanted him to do, which was stay the way he is, and how she
felt about him; but were her feelings returned? She paused 'Naw,' she thought, 'He's still hooked on Kikyo.' Still she felt selfish. She just wanted Inuyasha to herself.
A/N- I promise this chapter is longer but I've gotta work early tomorrow so ill either add to it or make another chapter with the rest of it. I only put this up cuz SOMEONE (you
