King Mod was sitting contently on his throne in Mod Castle.
The room was painted dark silver, with purple stain glass windows and a long red runner carpet on the floor.
Six decorated Spartans stood guard around each flank of King Mod's throne; they held Honor Guard clubs.
King Mod pulled up his friend list and saw that the Halo 2 Protectors had accepted his friend requests. "Ah, I better set this to 'Closed'. I'm not expecting any unwelcome guests," he said.
The Halo 2 Protectors were now in Pregame Lobby. "Good...they're going to play another clan match! They have no chance against the best modder in the world! Their virtual world is about to be turned up side down, as I've sent Team 'We Mod 4 Fun' after them. Let's see how they fair against them, since there's no way that they can steal host from a good bridger like this one!"
Crimson pulled his head up from the rocks around Relic's human base.
"That's good... we got host again... and the score is 20-18. These guys are kinda good for cheaters," Teal said.
A Beam Rifle shot almost got Crimson right in the head, but since Brown had the human sniper, he fired back at the guy that had tried to snipe Crimson.
Their enemies names were: U Suck, KnOt Gud Enuf, UnLeGi7, and 5uckerz.
Sage was trying to sneak up behind them with the Rocket Launcher. UnLeGi7 was aiming at Teal's head when all of a sudden Sage meleed him in the back and killed him.
KnOt Gud Enuf saw the 'X' death mark and ran over to his comrade's position with a Covenant Carbine. Sage popped up from behind a space crate and blew him away with a rocket. "These noobs are freaken stupid!" Sage yelled into his mic.
UnLeGi7 ran up behind him with the Plasma Rifle-SMG combo and shot Sage to death. "Heh-heh, you stupid noob! Yeah, you like that" UnLeGi7 said, as he teabagged Sage's body.
The score was now 22-19 with Halo 2 Protectors still winning.
5uckerz was crouching behind the rocks, and he began to walk closer, and then meleed Brown in the back. "Hey! I found their human!" 5uckerz said, as he picked up Human sniper. Crimson ran up beside 5uckerz and roared his best attack cry. Before anyone knew it, 5uckerz no-scoped Crimson in the face.
"Oh! No scope, biatch!" 5uckerz taunted, chuckling over his minor victory.
Then, Sage fired the Beam Rifle and sniped 5uckerz right in the head, ending the cheater's gloating.
Brutal minutes passed and the score was 45-43. The Halo 2 Protectors were holding up in the teleporter room, thinking up their next move. Sage suggested they use the Beam Rifle to sniper the last few kills. Everyone liked it, so they went up to Relic's red base and looked over at Human base.
Brown had the Beam, and he was the best at using it effectively. He saw 5uckerz stick his head up, and the rotten modder was making a desperate run for cover, but Brown shot him in the head and killed him.
However, KnOt Gud Enuf saw the pink contrail and sniped back, killing Brown.
There were only twenty seconds remaining, so both teams would have to make the time count.
"Guys, if we hide, we'll win!" Teal cried.
They ran down into the teleporter room, and Brown ran in to rejoin them, because he had just respawned.
But then, UnLeGi7 jumped through the teleport with the sword. He slashed Sage, and then he looked at Crimson for a Double Kill, but Teal shot him with the Shotgun before he could pull off the kill.
The rest of UnLeGi7's team saw the death mark and ran for the teleport, but "Game Over!" was heard over everyone's televisions.
"Aw man, you guys suck!" U Suck yelled to his team.
"You stupid Protector fagots only won because the time ran out!" KnOt Gud Enuf yelled.
But just then, they disappeared out of the post game lobby, and not just them, but their whole gamertags disappeared.
"King Mod must have banned them," Crimson said.
Back at Mod Castle, King Mod was still seated on his throne. "They seem to be progressing quite well, but they'll never make it to me, though."
